Anabezi Luxury Tented Camp
Located at the site of the old Ana Tree Lodge, The Anabezi Camp has been built on the foundations of a historical camp, which has stood the test of time. The new camp is testament to the history of the area and homage to its uniquely breath-taking landscape. Binding absolute luxury with complete rustic authenticity, Anabezi is the epitome of African rural retreats. Found at the lower end of the Zambezi National Park in Zambia, the River Lodge monopolises the area to offer a combination of relaxing, serene isolation and a sense of adventure whilst providing an unprecedented insight into the wilderness that no other area can.
The camp offers two luxurious camps: Anabezi, with 7 rooms and the smaller ‘Little Anabezi’ with 4 rooms, both of which have views to boast about. Little Anabezi is situated close to the main camp and is perfect for private bookings. All 11 of our rooms are spacious, containing double beds and indoor and outdoor bathrooms to allow guests to experience their surroundings in comfort and on their own time.
Overlooking the magnificent Zambezi River and the Mushika River flood plain on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, the game viewing deck will give you the best view possible. Connected by raised wooden walkways, the entire camp is easily accessible from the platforms to the dining area and tented accommodation.
In addition to the usual amenities, offset from the viewing deck is a large swimming pool for guests to cool off, lounge and relax, taking in the local climate whilst regenerating from the days excursions. As a final touch and a guest favourite, our fire-pit area provides the perfect opportunity to absorb the local sounds and to gaze at the stars in the crystal clear expanse of the African night sky.
No children allowed unless they book private family package.
